By donating to the Rektus Cactus Gaming Community you will agree to these terms and conditions.

1. By donating to this community you agree that the money is non-refundable.

2. We will not aim to remove your privileges unless you have broken the community's rules/terms and conditions.

3. If at any time there is a bug or break in one of the benefits listed in the package you have received, we reserve the right to alter the package as required to ensure gameplay continues as per normal. We will ensure that we do our best to avoid this happening.

4. You understand and accept that you are the valid card holder or owner of the PayPal account used.

5. Once you donate to Rektus Cactus, you accept all donation terms and conditions.

6. You understand and accept that donating does not make you, or the person you donated for (if applicable), exempt from the community and game server's rules and will not grant you special treatment above other players, regardless of the perks and/or rank you may receive as a result of donating.

7. You understand that after donating, under normal circumstances the ranks will be applied within 10 minutes however stacking multiple ranks may take longer.

8. You understand that as Rektus Cactus grows, changes may be required to the server to help support a growing population.

By donating to Rektus Cactus you accept that any money sent to Rektus Cactus is a donation. You are donating to the server to help support the continuation of the community and in return the, the Server Staff are thanking you by giving you in game benefits. As you are donating to Rektus Cactus, not purchasing goods, the Server Staff have no obligation to issue a refund for any reason, although they may choose to do so at their own discretion. Attempting any kind of chargeback/refund, through a bank or PayPal, will result in a permanent community ban. All chargebacks/refunds may be challenged through all official channels.
